Thousands of owners of rural homes enjoy legalization.

Thanks to Parliament’s vote in favor of changes to the Andalusian Urban Plan (LOUA), 30,000 homes can now be legalized in Andalucía.

With the support of the two major political parties, PSOE and PP and also with the support of the fourth major party Ciudadanos, the Andalusian Parliament has approved a modification to the Andalusian Urban Plan, which will enable the legalization of 30,000 homes that were built on rural areas in Andalucía over six years ago. 10,000 of which belong to the Málaga province. The change in law offers judicial security for people who bought their houses in good faith and will be a very positive basis for new investments and property sales in the area.
